屋尘螨过敏原

背景简介:

支气管哮喘(bronchial asthma,简称哮喘)是一种以嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞反应为主的气道变应性炎症和气道反应性为特征的疾病。由于哮喘的发病机制复杂,病因与发病机理尚不明了,临床实验受伦理及方法限制,因此需要通过构建哮喘动物模型来研究疾病发生发展以及制定相应治疗措施。尘螨是常见的空气过敏原,全球85%的哮喘患者对尘螨过敏。屋尘螨是一种免疫复合物,能够激活先天免疫和后天免疫应答。研究表明,HDM中的蛋白酶,如胰蛋白酶样酶,催过敏有促进作用,从而导致过敏几天对尘螨的过敏反应。
